Fat VS Skinny, is that even a thing? I’ll be honest with you, this is probably a topic that many people are thinking about, but don’t normally talk about. As most of you know, I have been on a “Getting Healthy Journey” as of September/October of 2017. It’s been almost a year since I started working on my overall health while losing my weight.
