I can’t believe that we are just a few days away from the first day of Spring. Don’t get it twisted you guys, I’m totally excited for Spring, but I’m definitely bummed that I won’t be able to use boots as often. I guess my boots will be packed up into the closet until Fall again. It gets so hot here on Maui that Spring and Summer months call for shorts, rompers, and dresses for me. However, this Winter was so much cooler than it has been in years, so I was able to utilize my boots this season. In honor of this interesting winter, I figured I would share my last winter outfit of 2019. Let’s get down to the deets, shall we?
I’m hoping this will be a quick post, but in case I ramble (as I did in my intro), I apologize for that. We all know that I love to get lengthy when I’m sharing… haha!
Outfit Details:
The Cardigan Duster is from Walmart, the Time & Tru brand. It is absolutely perfect for Fall or Winter months and is so soft like chenille. My sister actually lent this cardigan to me because the gorgeous green shade went so well with my outfit. My tie front, button-down, floral top is from a local boutique here in the Hawaii islands called Jeans Warehouse. Black distressed jeans are from Old Navy. My boots, my oh my, the boots… are one of my favorites. These boots are from American Eagle.
The Accessories
My handbag is one of my favorites in my collection. This Patricia Nash Cannes Satchel from the Heritage collection in Camel is gorgeous. I think this bag is so roomy and is the perfect bag for Fall, Winter or year round. My watch is Invicta. I have so many of them in my collection (at least 10, that I can’t recall which one). And, my sunglasses are my Coach Horse & Carriage shades. Bracelets that I’m wearing are handmade by me and I’m using my usual pendant and chain that you may see me sport daily.
Living in Hawaii means that most of the year, we are in cool and comfy clothes. But, I always look forward to the cooler months when I can pull out my boots and dress a little warmer. How about you, what are your favorite fall and winter staples?
