I’m not gonna lie, the pills are kind of larger than I had expected and it freaked me out quite a bit. I love the fact that when you do take them however, that they do not have any funky after taste or any taste at all – major bonus. Keep in mind though, that because they are so large, make sure you swallow it with a lot of water so it goes down easily. After taking the pill just two days – my husband and I both noticed that while still achy and sore, our inflammation was tolerable. MAJOR BONUS! After a month of using the product while we still have pain and inflammation, we definitely noticed the difference in our mobility and how we felt. It’s hard to explain because we still experience pain, but you can tell a difference in how our body reacts to certain things and how we feel. Oh wow, I am so sorry about your hubby being in constant pain… That must be tough. Especially with you ALSO suffering from pain 🙁 At least there are ways to help relieve the pain a little. It may not be much but at least it’s something.

My husband is also in constant pain from a bulging disc. He gets cortisone shots every once in a while, but the pain is still there. I’ll see if he’s interested in taking this supplement! They are huge!
I haven’t tried this specific brand but I take turmeric supplements everyday (3 capsules, twice a day!). As soon as I stop all my wrist pain comes flooding back. It’s a lifesaver and so much better than taking chemical-filled pharmaceuticals but you do have to be vigilent with taking them.

I love vitamins but I create rashes when I take to many
