If you’ve followed my bag reviews before, you might remember that I wasn’t initially sold on YETI’s open-top carryall tote bags. I’m big on bag security, and an open top just didn’t suit my day-to-day routine. However, after putting the YETI Camino 18L Zip Top Carryall through its paces for over a month, I have to admit – YETI proved me wrong!
Here is my honest breakdown of the bag’s features, how it handles daily work gear, rainy football games, and my favorite trick to carry it completely hands-free.
1. What Changed: Open Top vs. Zip Top
The top zipper closure on the 18L Carryall is a game-changer. It gives you the peace of mind to zip everything shut and go without worrying about items spilling out in the car or getting soaked when unpredictable weather hits.
2. Size, Capacity & Organization
While the 18L is slimmer than the 20L or 35L models, it expands nicely at the top. Here is what I comfortably pack inside for work:
Dell XPS 13 Laptop: Fits cleanly inside the internal sleeve.
A5 Wide Planner: Slides right in alongside work essentials.
Internal Pockets: Includes one zip pocket for smaller items and a dedicated drink pocket to keep bottles upright.
And… if not using this as my work bag, I can fit all the “game day” essentials when I’m out to sport events for my sons. Snacks, my Brumate 40oz Era, towel and/or extra clothes and even my smaller snack boxes.
3. My DIY Backpack Strap Hack
Because the bag is built out of heavy-duty waterproof material, it carries a bit of weight even when empty. To make it easier to handle during my sons’ football games, where I’m carrying food, standing in line, and moving around – I added D-rings and backpack straps to the side attachment points. Converting this tote into a hands-free backpack makes carrying it through long game days effortless!
4. YETI Camino 18L vs. RUX Waterproof Tote 30L
I’ve also been using the RUX Waterproof Tote 30L (see my RUX review here) alongside the YETI. While the RUX is much lighter and ultra-flexible for gear hauling, the YETI offers exceptional structure, vertical stability, and heavy-duty protection for tech and work planners as well as everyday life. They serve different purposes and similar ones as well, but both have earned a permanent spot in my rotation.
The Verdict: Is It Worth The Price Tag?

Living and growing up in Hawaii means that summer months are for the beach and swimming in the streams and ponds. If you’ve ever been here before, then you may have noticed that many islanders, visitors, tourists alike can be found using swimwear, bikinis or swim trunks year-round. Because of this, it’s very important to be able to find swimwear that will fit a variety of needs. Today I introduce you to Meet Curve. Quality Fabric & Comfy Style
Each swimwear style is made of high performance and durable fabric. Even after a ton of washes and even cliff jumping 15+ feet into the ocean, I was comfortable and covered. The hooks and other metal aspects on the swimsuits are actually quite sturdy, which I’m pleased about. I worried about that and I’ve been testing them to see how well they last. So far, I haven’t had any issues.
How is the Sizing?
Following the sizing chart was simple and easy to do and for the most part, my swimsuits were true to the size I followed on the site. I definitely suggest checking out reviews on the products to see if anyone had sizing issues, but overall – I didn’t really have much of a problem.
Black Square Neckline Straps One Piece Swimsuit
Available in sizes Medium to 4XL, this Black Square Neckline One-Piece Swimsuit ($29.99) has built-in, soft wire-free bra cups to provide full bust support. There are no adjustable straps on this suit and a self-tie strap at the back for a cute added touch. The suit comes fully lined with a power mesh tummy-control front lining and is 82% Nylon and 18% Spandex. I am using a size XL.
I am so impressed at how flattering this swimsuit is. One-piece swimwear is not something I use often because they tend to hug me in all the wrong areas and accentuate parts of my body I’m not too fond of. I think this looks nice on me and I love how comfortable it is. The suit offers full coverage while still giving the look of sexy.
Blue Lightweight Scoopneck Fashion Blouson Tankini
This Blue Lightweight Scoop-neck Fashion Blouson Tankini ($30.99) is a 2 – piece that is perfect for a day at the beach or lounging poolside. It has a scoop-neck which makes it flattering on anyone, but especially on plus-size beauty. This Tankini has an encircled shelf bra with plush elastic under-band and soft molded cups for comfort. Featuring adjustable straps and an unlined blouson top, this tankini has a relaxed fit and perfect for all-day wear. Did I mention it was extremely comfortable?
Available in sizes M – 4XL. This Tankini set is a two piece and comes with a very comfortable black bottom. Made of 82% Nylon and 18% Spandex.
The only issue I had with this swimsuit was that I should have ordered a size down. This tankini is a little large in the bust area and since it doesn’t have any push-up cups inside, it can feel a little large in that area. I would love to see an addition of wire support with a swimsuit like this one. But, overall – even if I’m not a “blue” person, I truly enjoyed this. It’s the kind of swimwear that gives you just the right amount of fun and flirty without exposing too much skin.
Black Faux Flyaway Flowy Twist Front Tankini Set
My favorite swimsuit out of the three I was able to try – the Black Faux Flyaway Flowy Twist Front Tankini Set ($30.99) is just the right amount of sexy and flirty with coverage to keep it modest. Available in sizes M – 4XL, this two-piece swimsuit is a showstopper and I love it.
This lacey tankini comes with a metal s-hook closure on the back with 3 different adjustments for the perfect fit. You get a twist-front sweetheart neckline that helps to accentuate a little cleavage and built-in underwire with molded bra cups provide this tankini with support. I love that it has gorgeous lace detailing and the double keyhole back closure gives it a nice added touch. The tankini has some tummy control and the lace on the back is a bit see-through for that extra sexy. Made of 82% Nylon and 18% Spandex.

Overall Thoughts on MeetCurve

I’m positive that you’ll find something that will work for you. MeetCurve is based outside of the United States, but overall shipping was quite fast. They also offer cover-ups, swim dresses and so many styles to choose from. My favorite thing about MeetCurve’s website is that they have plus-sized models in their swimwear, making it easier to decide on a size and to truly see the fit. I was amazed that a plus size swimwear site actually fit a plus-sized gal like me.

The summer months are officially here and after a few months of distance learning, we are extremely excited. During lockdown and quarantine, we were blessed to work with Razor. Today, we are sharing with you our thoughts on the Razor E-Punk Electric Bike.
E-Punk Electric Scooter
The Razor E-Punk has been one of our favorite things to take on our daily walks. The boys love riding them alongside my husband and I. Our daily walks are usually about a mile and a half to two miles long and with 40-minutes of battery life, it’s perfect. Make sure to follow the charging instructions to ensure great battery longevity and you’re good to go. Max speed is 9 mph depending on the type of road/path you take and the E-Punk bike does well on flat ground. It took on our neighborhood with ease.
Perfect for Cruising Around
The Razor E-Punk electric-powered mini bike is compact and portable. It’s made and constructed well with a rigid steel frame and comfy cushioned seat. The E-Punk features a BMX-style, pneumatic front tire to absorb the shock of riding, while decreasing vibration and stress to your hands. These features make For a small little electric bike, it has great speed and power.

E-Punk sports folding metal foot pegs to allow for foot clearance and a kick stand all for easy storage. This tiny little bike is built quite tough and works well with larger riders too.
Assembly Required, sort of
Assembly of the mini bike is required, but it’s easy and very minimal. To put the E-Punk electric bike together, simply put the handlebars and the seat in and that’s it. It comes with all the necessary tools (like Allen wrenches) to tighten the parts and adjust for height. The one thing that took the longest before being able to ride the bike, was charging it. Charging requires a minimum of 12 hours, so we assembled the bike in the afternoon and let it sit and charge overnight.
We enjoy the E-Punk Electric Bike
While it’s easy to transport, keep in mind that the E-Punk bike is heavy to lift, especially if the battery dies. Speaking of battery, Razor states you will get about 40 minutes of ride time, but we were able to get up to just under 2 hours a few times. It’s not like a traditional bike that you can pedal (which would be ideal if the battery died while out and about or far from starting location) Because of the weight, it is not easy to push or carry if the battery should not last. To turn on and power the bike, you basically flip a switch and press a button. I would have really liked for the bike to have a rotating handle to power the bike so it would be more like a traditional motorized bike. The boys agreed that they would have enjoyed something like that, but they enjoy the bike nonetheless.

The twins are 10 years old and haven’t really had the chance to ride two-wheel bicycles as often over the years. They jumped right on the E-Punk and had no trouble getting it going. They both commented on how easy it was to use and how much fun they have on it.
While this electric bike has its limitations, overall, it is a great addition to our outdoor arsenal. The twins loved it and continue to ride it daily since getting it a few months ago. This little mini bike has provided my sons with hours and hours of fun. It has been essential during our lockdown/quarantine time and we cannot recommend this mini bike enough.
