Let’s face it, in a world where we are always on the go – more often than not, we forget to take care of ourselves. 1.) Nourish your body from the inside out. This may sound like an easy one – but do you really get the daily suggested amount of water each day? Are you getting the proper amount of fruits and vegetables in your diet? Are you even eating? I am terrible at this because I tend to truly disregard food on a whole when I’m busy… and sometimes my breakfast is skipped, so is lunch and then I find that I’m starving at dinner. Great tips! My favorite way to get lots of fruits and veggies (without having to stuff my face with spinach) is to make AM smoothies. It’s a quick breakfast on the go! 🙂
