While my cleansers and most moisturizers remain the same in my skin care routine, I love switching up my serums to see which one works and also so that my skin doesn’t get to used to one or the other.  I have never heard of the brand Azure Naturals until recently and having tried their Ultimate Retinol Anti Wrinkle Serum, I’ve been quite impressed.  There are so many serums on the market today that promise to reduce wrinkles, provide brighter skin and more moisturized skin and they come in a variety of price points for everyone’s budget.  Here are my thoughts on this particular serum from Azure Naturals.

Azure Naturals

Azure Naturals Ultimate Retinol Anti Wrinkle Serum retails for $31.95 via their Amazon store and includes  1 fl oz worth of product.  This particular serum has 2.5% Retinol, Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamin E and is professional grade, offering you a great quality product at a reasonable price point.  This serum is applied at night to help increase your skin’s moisture and help promote cellular turnover and renewal which your skin loses the ability to renew with age.  The Retinol helps to deeply penetrate your skin to activate the collagen and elastin and increase the serums benefits.  Vitamin A is proven to improve the skin’s pigmentation, fine lines, wrinkles, texture, skin tone, color and hydration.

Since I use serums daily, I always look for serums that are easy to apply, soak into the skin quickly allowing me to complete my skin care regimen in a timely manner and most importantly that they come with packaging that is easy to use.  Of course – the fact that they work is important to, though I don’t think I’ve found a serum yet that my skin hasn’t experienced some form of benefit from.  This serum offers a 2.5% Retinol strength so you can use it around the eye area and even if you have sensitive skin.  Due to its blend of ingredients, it will help to soften and heal your skin.

While I’m not a huge fan of the type of dispenser this serum has, it still works well and dispenses the right amount of product for me.  While Retinol is a great product, I still need to build up my usage when I use this product so that I keep my skin from having an eczema flare up.  I didn’t have any issues with using this product and liked how quickly it soaked into my skin.  I use this at night daily and while the results I have noticed are not huge, you can definitely see a change in my skin’s appearance.

Overall, I think with prolonged and continued use, this product will offer my skin great benefits.  Do you use serums that have Retinol?  What are your favorites if you do?

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

  1. This sounds really good! I can’t use anything containing Retinol or vitamin a since I am using accutane for my acne, but in the future I want to use a serum that does contain those ingredients.

Retinol-based skincare is the best! I need to find an HG product with retinol, that does not break me out either 🙁

  3. This stuff sounds great. I swear by retinol, it does take a while to build up skins tolerance to it, but the results and proven anti-aging benefits are so worth it!
