As a blogger, I am so very thankful that the World is my office. I literally can take my laptop (or phone, or both) and writing tools with me and work anywhere I want. But, being able to carry all of my blogger necessities is not always easy, until now. Today, I introduce you to the American Shield Granite 25 Backpack. My Favorite Blogging Companion
Everyone knows that when it comes to blogging on the go, a camera and laptop (or some sort of writing tool) is a must. But for me, I am always looking for something to hold my things securely. Recently I was contacted by American Shield to try out their Granite 25 Backpack and I’m not only impressed, but I’m also loving it. I’ve been using it as my blogger bag and it’s been the best backpack for my needs.

The Granite 25 Backpack from American Shield is an elegant and timeless design. It offers you versatility with spacious room and can be used for functional or multi-purpose needs. The bag is designed and made in the USA. The Granite 25 features Oxford Fabric (that’s tough, strong and durable) with textile lining. You have beautiful genuine leather accents on the buckles that are gorgeous and smell absolutely amazing. You get a flap + press stud (magnet) + drawstring opening to ensure that you secure your belongings on the go. The magnetic closure is very strong and sturdy. The straps are padded for comfort and the back is also padded. There is also a 15″ laptop compartment, which comes in handy on days I want to take my laptop with me.

The bag features a total of 8 small inner pockets (perfect for pens, etc.), 1 front pocket, 2 external side pockets (my favorite place to put my cell phone or my water bottles), 1 back pocket and one strap pocket (perfect for your jump drive or memory cards, house key or pocket change). It’s comfortable to use, with adjustable straps and even comes equipped with a top handle.
Is the Granite 25 only available in black?
The Granite 25 Backpack is currently available in Black & Brown, Green, Coffee and Black (which I own). It’s made with quality materials so it will hold up to the stress you put on it. And, trust me when I say I put stress on the backpack. I have taken this backpack with me everywhere and it’s been a great companion.
What makes this backpack a favorite of mine?
My favorite part about this backpack is how comfortable it is on my shoulders. I suffer from back problems and holding a backpack on my shoulders and back for long periods of time can cause much strain. But, my Granite 25 is so comfortable on my back and helps to evenly proportion my items on my back so I can hold it comfortably. As I mentioned before, the back is also padded which makes it comfortable to wear. If I decide I don’t want to hold it on my back, I can use the top handle and hold it in my hands.

The American Shield Granite 25 is a backpack worth looking into. As a planner girl, I find that I am always looking for a bag that I can grab all of my things and head on out. I am so beyond impressed with the quality of this backpack and I’ve been raving about it to everyone I know. It’s worth the price point when you get a backpack that’s gonna last. But I think one of the biggest qualities that this backpack has for me, is how it looks. This could easily be an executive style bag. It doesn’t look like a school kid’s backpack and could be used as a briefcase for an executive. It’s classy and very nice. I also love that it could be used for both women and men.
