So, how did the product work for me? Let me start by saying that I have a sensitive stomach after having my gall bladder removed 10 years ago so with any change in diet, oily food or even detox supplements or drinks I can have an upset stomach very easily. This was no exception with this product – but I did expect it to happen since similar has happened to me for years. Using the product itself is really easy, you basically just use as instructed using the day and night teas as directed. As suggested in the pamphlet that is included, it is suggested that you be near a bathroom while on this detox as the evening tea can likely cause a laxative effect.
You want to make sure that you are following a healthy diet during this cleanse if you are not already on one. This helps with the detoxification process and it will help with noticing results.
So let’s talk about my results. I noticed a huge increase in energy within the first few days – in fact, so much so that I had a hard time falling asleep some days even if I followed the directions properly. I don’t necessarily attest to it being the fault of the product as similar have done this to me in the past and my body just doesn’t react to it well. My face also started to break out and I got 3 pimples in the first few days of using the product. Since I haven’t changed up my skin care routine at all – I knew it had some to do with the tea. I chucked it up as my body purging anything to help with the detox. During the second week of the teatox I noticed that I was not as tired and overall my body just felt like I had more energy and was able to last the day without coffee. Considering I survive on about 2 hours of sleep a night – this was definitely a big deal. I didn’t notice a huge weight loss with this product, however – I am dealing with some health issues at the moment that has had me gain weight consistently over the last month so I figure it has some to do with that.
I did get a cute little strawberry infuser to use with my teas and I had to stop using it after the first time. It was super cute and I love it but the holes on the infuser was a little large for the size of the loose tea which meant that some of the tea ended up in my cup. It may not seem like a bad thing for some, but I just didn’t like it and decided to use my mesh tea ball to the strawberry one I received.
So – what are my overall thoughts on this product? First of all, if you are looking to lose weight and get a jump start on your weight loss journey, you may enjoy this. I felt like my appetite was definitely suppressed and I enjoyed the energy I got. However, for long term – I suggest you use this as a starter and work into a good regimen for a healthier lifestyle that includes diet and exercise. I think this product would be great prior to an event if you want to lose a few extra pounds. I do recommend this product, however I also want to note that like the brochure make sure that you are near a restroom while including this in your diet just in case your tummy does not agree with you.

I’ve mentioned a few times on my site before about the aches and pains my husband has had to endure over the years and his current injuries. Because of this, we try our best to find supplements that we can take in place of pain medication to help relieve the pain that he experiences. While we have yet to find a product that will help him get rid of his pain altogether (he has been told he needs surgery), it is always great to find supplements that offer Anti-Inflammatory benefits at a reasonable cost. Now, no one really enjoys taking pills to help alleviate the pain, especially if they are supplements since those tend to be much larger in size than a normal pill, but if there is a possibility that something may help – why not try it?
Eu Natural’s Anti-inflammatory joint support pain relief retails for $59.99 (currently on sale for $49.95) and includes 90 capsules which is a 30 day supply. You one capsule three times a day (3 total each day) before a meal with a minimum of 8 oz of water. These pills are about the average size you would expect a supplement to be, but they are fairly easy to swallow.
Although the pain did not decrease entirely, there was some relief after a few short days of taking the supplement. The taste is not ideal and neither is the smell, it really smells like a vitamin but stronger, that really is the only drawback besides the size of the capsule.
Overall – considering the amount of products on the market today for anti-inflammatory support, this product worked quickly and while it doesn’t relieve all of the pain, it definitely takes some of the edge off sometimes. From personal experience, I find that this product has helped with my mobility in my knees which is a huge plus. Normally at the end of the day my knees start to hurt as does my ankles and after taking this supplement I noticed that my aches and pains are still there, but not as bad.

I’m always looking for products that will help strengthen my hair and hydrate my skin and if it is something that requires little to no work and great results, I’m all for it. In the last month I have been taking the Phytoceramides Skin & Hair Renewal Formula as a part of my vitamin and supplement regimen. Now, I’m no doctor but offer the information on this product per my use so I do suggest you consult with a physician prior to use.
These capsules are not as big as some on the market, and I am impressed with how easy they are to swallow. They are said to be a “Face lift in a bottle” and while I certainly do not look like I had a face lift, I do notice that my skin is soft and smooth and feels much more hydrated then when I used my regular moisturizer on its own. I do suggest your water intake increase when taking these capsules because I often felt like I was constantly thirsty, though I do take in quite a bit of water during the day (more than the suggested amount) and I’m constantly hydrating my body. I’m not sure if it is the ingredients in the product itself, but be sure to stay hydrated.

While I don’t think I’ve been taking these supplements long enough to see a large difference in my skin and hair I did notice a few things that stood out to me. My hair hasn’t had as much breakage as it used to – though there are many factors that I know can contribute to that and one of them is that it is starting to cool off where I live and therefore, my hair doesn’t shed or break as often. I can say that I did notice that my hair doesn’t seem as weak. I also noticed that my nails are not chipping on the ends like they often do. As many know, I take a daily vitamin supplement as well as Biotin from time to time and my chipping nails has always been a problem, but I noticed that it hasn’t been chipping as much. While my skin may not have necessarily changed dramatically, I definitely notice that if I have a small pimple or a little break out, it healed within a day without me treating it as I normally did and I also noticed that some of my fine lines and wrinkles under my eyes look small and less defined. While I can also contribute these to the use of great skincare items, I think that working together, they can all accomplish these things for me.
There is virtually no scent and no after taste – which I love and considering the cost, these capsules are a pretty reasonable addition to any skincare and hair care regimen.
